Thank you for choosing Naked Nest hamstery! Here’s what you need to know before reserving:


We do not hand out our personal phone number. You are welcome to communicate with me through email or facebook messenger.


Raising hamsters is a hobby that we love. We do not support our family by raising hamsters; please respect that we do what we can, but we do not send update photos of your hamster. However, if they are looking cute, occasionally I may share one!


We do not bring a bin of hamsters out for people to choose from at our home. We list each individual hamster on facebook. Our clients chose their hamster based on the photos. Pick up is on an appointed time and date. Feel free to ask about temperament so that we can match up the best of what you are looking for!

No holds without a deposit

A 50% deposit (non-refundable) secures your hamster.


A deposit to reserve a future hamster is an option. Picking choice is by order of deposit rec’d.

Quality & Traits

All hamsters are sold as pet quality.

Size, color, and markings may change as pups grow.


We obtain our breeding stock from experienced, non-commercial hamsteries that have raised hamsters for 30-40 years. We also source from imported pedigrees.

Health Guarantee

Healthy, well-started hamsters only.


Live arrival (on arrival) is guaranteed if shipped in our container (replacement only; buyer covers transport).


We are not responsible for transport-related illness or injuries after pickup.


Our containers are required for transport. Each container is $20 which you keep once your hamster is delivered. This prevents cross contamination with using transport services; as much as possible. Transport will always be a risk and is of no fault of the breeder. We send them off healthy with as many precautions as possible. So far so good, we have never had an issue and our hamsters have never had wet tail.




Payments

Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash (pickup only).


Full balance due 3 days before shipping or on pickup day.

In the event that there is a delay in transport, a $5 fee per week per Syrian hamster is required to cover food/bedding, etc. if there is more than a 2 week delay in transport.

Refunds & Credits

No refunds for changed minds.


One-time transfer of deposit to another hamster is allowed.


Credits available if you can no longer adopt your hamster.
